RipTiger is a great utility which allows you to download video files from the most popular video-sharing websites. The program can automatically start downloading any video file that you are watching at any time on your computer. But you can set the program not to do that, and it will only download the video files you want it to download.
The program's interface is very intuitive and the program hasn't got too many actions that could make you kind of dizzy. By clicking on the Add URL button, you will be able to set the program to download the video you want. When the automatically-download-video mode is on, the program will download any video file you are watching, it doesn't matter if it's YouTube or any other website.
RipTiger also enables you to convert the FLV files you download into iPod-compatible formats, AVI and more. You can choose the output quality level in the settings menu. The program can also be set to save downloaded files to any directory you want. You can save them on your desktop or create a folder to save them there. |
